We take the private nature of your personal information very seriously, and are committed to protecting it. To do that, we've set up procedures to ensure that your information is handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. We're grateful for your trust, and we'll act that way.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and To-Do.Studio Terms of Service (collectively, the “Terms of Service” or “Agreement”).

How we collect and use of your profile Information

We collect only your name, email and your profile picture when you register for an account on the Service. Your name (first and last name), email and your profile picture that you elect to associate with your account is referred to herein as your “Profile Information.”

We may use your email to send you Service-related notices (including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail).

We may also use your email to send you announcements and solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what's going on with the Services. We generally use our Services to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of communication to a minimum. If we do send you information that you did not expressly request, we will provide you with a way to request that you don't get any similar notices (opt-out, unsubscribe, etc.).

If you choose when using the service to invite others to team up, we will ask you for that person’s contact information, which may include their email or phone number, and automatically send an invitation. To-Do.Studio stores the information you provide to send the invitation to register and to track if your invitation is accepted.

Even if you never registered for an account with our Service, if you email us we may retain a record of such email communication, including your email, the content of your email, and our response.

If you are a user of our paid premium service which you purchase (“In App Purchase”) through the Apple App Store, Google App Store or Microsoft App Store, we do NOT collect payment information from these trusted service providers.
